MGS is a ministry of Cagayan Grace Baptist Church. MGS exists to train men to plant and pastor Biblical Churches. We offer three programs to educate leaders, as well as support and mentoring. The end purpose is a Church that worships the Lord, disciples believers, and spreads the Gospel.

Cagayan Grace Baptist Church is a Reformed Baptist assembly. The teaching at MGS reflects this perspective. The Confession of Faith held by MGS is "Abstract of Principles." All teachers and professors of MGS must affirm and agree to teach nothing contrary to the Confession.
