Our mission is to train men to plant and shepherd Biblical Churches in S.E. Asia
We do this through, modeling, educating, and mentoring.
MODEL - EDUCATE - MENTOR - SUPPORT - ASSIST
Each candidate starts as a member of Cagayan Grace Baptist Church. He is also enrolled in the Seminary. He receives not only an education but also experiences firsthand how Church should function. During this time he is evaluated to ensure he meets the qualifications of an Elder. If he is sent to plant a church, he is mentored, assisted, and supported through the process until the Church is self-governing and self-supporting.

CGBC was established in 2014 by Barry and two of his seminary students. Pastor Ben Gabitano and Pastor Alfredo Caminero III serve as co-elders in GBC.
Mindanao Grace Seminary offers training to indigenous pastors. MGS is the only Seminary in the Philippines to offer a Master of Divinity program. MGS is a ministry of Grace Baptist Church.
GGBC trains and mentors pastors through the process of Church planting. Every planter starts as a member of CGBC and elders assist in the planting process.
